Template positions are not working when uploaded

Hi Ced,
Finally found the problem. The parent site had JCH Optimize installed. Once I uninstalled this, everything started working properly. This has been a bit of a shock because i didn't think that a component would flow to a sub site, it wasn't effecting the previous version of TemplateMaker.
