Is Template Creator CK better choice than Gantry5?

I admit I haven't gone nuts with TC yet, though I'm getting there. Firstly, while Antares and Krakan are nice looking templates, Photon (IMHO) is hideous! But it's all subjective.

I think I could probably get somewhere close to them with TC. Not sure about the buttons with the nifty border on Antares or the overlapping "blocks" in Kraken - are those possible with TC Ced? Would like to know how if they are, just in case....

If you're interested, here are some fairly simple but, I think, reasonably nice templates I've done for my first few in TC. Any of them that start with ckdev.info/... are still in process so the site design isn't finished yet.

Nice templates! BTW the animation in www.energysavingscalifornia.com/ has been done with some module from this site (joomlack)?

I decided to buy Template Creator CK, and I'm really really satisfied. Very simple to use, nice integration in Joomla!, and a lot of parameter to customize everything in my template...

I tried to use Gantry5 before I found Template Creator CK.
Gantry5 basically quite flexible and you can do almost whatever you want... but it's crazy messy, you like in jungles, so many different objects and elements, settings are spreed up everywhere. It takes so much time to play with Gantry, at least for me it doesn't work. Sites I've build with Gantry at the end looks so so.
Template Creator CK it's totally different level, at first look it might looks less impressive as Gantry, but it do job really perfect. Template Creator CK saved so much time for me and final result is much more impressive. In combination with other tools like Page Builder, Maximenu CK and others my development goes really fast.
