here is the solution :
you must go to on your server >> PHPmyadmin to edit your database
look for the table named "schemas" ("2023_schemas" in your case) and open it. You must find an entry like that :
extension_id : 10219
version_id : 2.4.0

the version_id is false, you must edit it and change the value for 2.17.6
then you can update again

I am immediately in a sweat of fear. I never looked up or opened the database, having once opened a database years ago and immediately closed it again. After that, the database was unusable. The consequences were enormously drastic. The scare is well established.

The instructions might be understandable for an experienced user, but I don't dare to do this because I don't know what I am doing and what happens.
I can't run the instruction to check if version_id is false, because I don't know when it is right or false.
In this area of knowledge, I am completely blank and therefore clueless.

Is there no other option?

I entered the database.  And even found extension_id : 10219; See Figure 1.


When I click on 'edit' I see something I don't understand how to proceed. What is expected to be done and how?

you can see "2.4.0" , replace with with the value "2.17.6"
