Update Error pagebuilderck-pro_2.18.7 results in:

JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Duplicate column name 'modified'

Trying to install an update (Joomla 4) from PageBuilderPro 2.18.6 to 2.18.7, I get the error message
JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Duplicate column name 'modified' 
and
Extension installation aborted - Error installing component.



Now I know nothing about SQL columns, but I was referred to the software developer via another forum. Hence, I report here asking how to proceed next.

Database type mysql
Database version 10.3.38-MariaDB-cll-lve

- were you able to update it previously ? or is it a new install
- have you changed your server/site from another place ?

No, it was not a new installation. I have built hundreds of pages with earlier versions to my great satisfaction.

The server where the site is hosted has not changed in the last two years.

I have found that the problem comes from the sql query to update to the 2.11.0 version
the question is why your website is trying to do that , if you already have the 2.18 version ...
