Maximenu will not display at Beez3 Position 1

Yes, Maximenu is set to Position 2

Forgive my ignorance but I let Joomla and Maximenu sort out the html ... I just choose the options available to me. I know only a little html and css to make slight adjustments.
I can see a Maximenu in the html but do not know how to amend it.

what I wanted to tell you is that you publish it in position-2, but you told me that you wanted it in position-1 (if I understand correctly). So publish it in position-1
then tell me so I can see the problem
