Maximenu will not display at Beez3 Position 1

The Maximenu module is currently set above the Breadcrumbs to Beez3 Position 2.

I wish to set my Maximenu at the same position as the Mainmenu Beez3 Position 1 above my header image as shown.



However, when I set the Maximenu module to display at Beez3 Position 1 it displays beneath the Breadcrumbs at Position 2. Unpublishing the Mainmenu will make no difference.





Please advise.

have you set in the maximenu module >> styles options >> template compatibiliy = beez3 ?

Thanks for the quick response.

I hope I have not misled you.

I copied the Beez3 template and renamed it Beez3-sjbc.




I set the template compatability to Beez3-Position1 because Beez3-sjbc does not exist.




I have changed the template back to Beez3 but the problem still persists.

I have checked your website and the menu is well placed just under the banner
as on your first pic

I would like the Maximenu to display towards the top of the screen in the same position (number 1) as the Joomla Mainmenu to ensure the Maximenu will not expand out of view at the bottom of the screen which annoys the User... I intend to add more submenu links.

Setting the Maximenu module to Position 1 displays the menu half way down the screen below the breadcrumbs which is not ideal. To get the menu to display as close to the top of the screen as possible I have to set the menu to the breadcrumb position 2 as shown below and amend the template to reduce the #header padding in the position.css.

ok, but for now it is in position-2 ? because I don't see it in the menu position in the html code
