Sub menus not visible
Hi,
I've purchased both the documentation and the plugin and thought I had everything configured correctly but still am having issues with my submenus which are not visible. Somewhat frustrated. Would really appreciate some help.
I attach screenshots of menu and module settings.
Site is password protected but can provide details if required.
Thanks in advance

Hi
which version of joomla are you using ? 1.5 ?
look correctly at the documentation and the explanations, you must not put [col] on an item, but create a separator where you want to separate the column (this is the old method with joomla 1.5) :
- shop 1
- [col]
- shop 2
- [col]
- shop 3 ...

I'm using Joomla 1.5. So to confirm, I have to create a menu link [col] to create a new column.
What about us I'm using the plugin ? Does that do it for me? Or do I still have to ise [col] ?
I updated as per attached - still no submenus appearing.

the plugin will no do it for you, but you won't need to write parameters in the title, just select and give the params in the menu iten in the params tab on the right.

Hi,
I appreciate you getting back to me but it isn't very clear to me.
Looking at the previous attachment - is this menu set up correctly or not? I followed your previous instructions.
Also - even if this is incorrect, I should still be seeing a submenu correct ? I see nothing, absolutely nothing. I get the small arrow on the parent menu item indicating that there is a submenu but no submenu appears.
Thanks in advance
