That is not a file - you send a link?? You mean the file:

/modules/mod_maximenuck/themes/blank/css/maximenuck.php ?

Will this not be overwritten by the next update ??

yes this is the path to this file (I have removed your url now)

to avoid problem with updates, please use this technique to create your theme

no. here the limit is that joomla is filtering the html tags
