Hi CEd,
Yes, of course we tried that, but when we do that we lose the smooth transition effect (the accordion effect). I've changed it to 'image only' You can see the effect is different. thx, JR

it works. But the image +/- is emty (may be because you have changed it)
then you don't know that you must clik on it, and the other links are clickable as requested

SOS ced1870,
After trying many things, I think we are back to square one. Take a look at the left menu at:
www.devdia-chesapeakeregional.com.php53-...4/volunteer-services
We love everything about this menu, but one show stopper: look at the link "Our Services & Programs". This is a joomla link to a single article that also has child items. It opens the child items, as you can see. We love this effect. However, it doesn't open the single article that it's assigned to in Joomla. We desperately need it to open the child menus (as it does now) AND open the single article that it's linked to.
thanks,
JR

Hi
for this you don't need an accordion menu, this is the native joomla menu behavior. Click >> redirect >> and show subitems

Hi CEd,
But the native joomla menu won't give us the accordion effect, that's why we choose CK. Is it possible to get your help directly? How would we contact you to discuss getting your direct consulting assistance?
thx, JR
