Extensions manager language file not installable

Extensions manager language file not installable was created by Heino

Hi Ced,
on a fresh J5 I installed the Extensions Manager CK and realized the the language file(s) for Extensions Manager CK cannot be installed, no matter which language I try!
(there comes no prompt asking if I really want to install)
Only on that extension, others work.

Hi Ced,
same behavior as above but no response on only 2 extension languages.
I'm not able to update some language files!

Extension Manager --> Language files -->

- Extension Manager (no response)
- Cusom Parallax (no response)

As far as I can see, all other languages respond and will be installed.
