Mobile Menu CK language files was created by Heino

Hi Ced,
I just found missing keys in German language file:

;added 1.6.1
PLG_MOBILEMENUCK_CUSTOM_POSITION="Custom position"
PLG_MOBILEMENUCK_CUSTOM_POSITION_LABEL="Custom position"
PLG_MOBILEMENUCK_CUSTOM_POSITION_DESC="Use a CSS selector to select where to add the menu"
