Yes, for Extensions Manager it looks good! 
Custom Fields CK is translated 100%, but translation page shows 1 file nearly not translated
may be it changes after server update..., let's see

Hi DEd,
after completing the translation Cookies CK also looks good!
Custom Fields CK seems to be outdated soon,
may be not nessesary to search on transifex for bugs...
(this would be the last remaining failure on the translation site)
