Table Of Contents CK Pro v1.2.3 does not work was created by Insite
Hello.
Just purchased Table Of Contents CK Pro v1.2.3, installed and it does not work.
It generates table of links, but links without anchors, just #
Because H titles ID's  are empty. For example <h3 id="">...</h3>

Tested on both Joomla4 and Joomla5. The same result.
Website is on Ukrainian language (cyrillic).

Hi
I think that the problem is on the server that is missing the function "transliterator_transliterate" because this is the one used for cyrillic language
Can you please check that and tell me
