Newest Update not working?

Hello Ced,

I love this plugin, one of my favourites for sure. I have been trying to update it, but the new package does not properly update for some reason. It says its updated but never actually does it is staying on 1.0.4 not updating to 1.10.

Also, one other bug if you have more than 10 items in the ToC menu it does not show the number 10 it shows the number Zero.

thank you for the info, I have fixed the issue with the 1.1.0 version number

ok this is only a rendering issue, you can add this css code to your page to increase the left margin and let the whole number appear
