TOC and SEO Glossary

Hey!
I have a problem wit the Table of Contents plugin on my homepage. I also use the extension SEo glossary, which scans the page for glossary entries and automaticaly binds a tooltip with a definition to it.
If a word that has a glossary entry is used for a toc title, the toc plugin does not work anymore.
See point 2. here .
Any idea how I could work around that?

the glossary adds a link on the text, but the TOC already add a link to redirect in the page
you can not have both link on the same text ...

you shall put the glossary somewhere else than the title text.

However I can not tell SEO glossary when to link and when to not. That's really unfortunate. Thanks nevertheless!

I don't know how works SEO Glossary, from a given word ? Then just change it

I don't know what SEO glossary does behind the scenes. I think you are right. My only option seems to be to delete the word out of seo glossary to make toc work.
