Trying to get the full image center in the home page slider

I'm trying to get the full image center in the home page slider, I reduced them but still not where I need them to be, the mobile app they look fine, any help would be appreciated

Ive reduced them down quite a bit, also trying to get the controller and pagination inside the image.
