Active css was created by webiedesign

I am using Template Creator CK, Scroll to CK, a core Joomla menu/module and BT Floating Banner ( bowthemes.com/joomla-extensions/bt-floating-banner.html )
My right hand menu works almost exactly how I want, except for I would like to have an "active" state and I am not being able to achieve it with everything I have tried.

Hi
it seems that the scroll does not work at all, that is why the active state is not given.
contact me again in one week by email with a FTP access, I will check this.
For now I don't have the time

My Scroll to menu works perfectly but I don't get an active state.

aria-expanded change change from false to true

It would be useful to have this working correctly for future projects.
