Is there any way to set the anchor to jump before the whole page loads?

I have a hidden block at the end of the page that takes 3 seconds to load and the anchor jump waits until it loads

the anchor can not be scrolled before the page is loaded, because the script must be launched and the whole page loaded. Else you would scroll to an area that is not in the correct plce : it calculates the anchor position from the top of the page and if you have some items that are still loaded, this position may vary

Is there anything you can do about it?

as I have explained, the scrolling function is launched only when the whole page has finished loading
I can not change that
