Page not able to scroll after jump to heading

I encountered a strange behaviour:
Everytime I jump to a certain heading using the table of contents the page is not able to scroll anymore for about 5 seconds. After that it works fine again?
What could this be?

by my side I don't have the problem, tested with Firefox and Brave
Can you please test with another browser / computer to see if you have the same issue

Strange, now it's working for me, too. I have no clue how it resolved itself. Thanks anyway!
