Use pause for plugin work

Hello,

I have few anchors on Front page and try to use Scroll to CK plugin. I have menu links with anchor link#anchor1
if I located on Front page all OK plugin worked. But I have problem, when for example I'm read other article that located in special menu and deep Level2. After this I try to select menu with anchor what located on Front page, browser open Front page, but not moved to end page where is selected anchor

I think, this is be course jQuery worked faster and Front page not loaded 100% and Plugin in this moment don't understand where is anchor. Maybe if we can add small pause before plugin run jQuery this is resolve problem

you have set the anchors but there is not the "scrollTo" css class on your links, then the plugin does not works and you don't have the smooth scroll

I'm add "scrollTo" css class to menu link. This is right ? Bun Materials and Gallery not work, if I open menu links from article page.
