How to scroll to custom anchor on the page

Hello, please help me to configure the plugin to be able to scroll up to my custom #anchor on the page, I've tried it
like it is indicated in your How to use with Using another link.

With this link : <p><a href="#container-header-booking-form" class="scrollTo">Click me to scroll</a></p>

But this link gives only simple link without scroll button appearance and functions.

it does not work with anchors, but with IDs, so you must have an element with the ID "container-header-booking-form" in your page

Yes, that what I mean, I use id of the element in the link below:

But I see only a simple link "Click me to scroll" and I'm expecting to see a button

When I follow your tutorial "Using a menu link", it does not work.

I do not understand what I must expect from it.
Will the Button Go To Top if I click it scroll to the Id of the element or to the top of the page?

I created the Menu Item like it is indicated in the tutorial, it scrolls to the needed element if I click the menu item, but not when I click the Go To Top button.
