Problem in Menu

Hi,

I have menu: Home . About . service . contact

service is anchor to #top-b in home page and working well.

about is single article and when im in about page, click on service is not going to home page position #top-b.

my problem is only for going to home page from another pages.

in external url i tried index.php#top-b, its not worked.

it shall work with the external url, try with
/index.php#top-b
or with absolute url
http://...

i tried with absolute path, And in home its not scrolling down until i'm clicking 3 times!!
and from other page, it will go to home page but not scrolling down.

do you have a slider or something like this in your page ?
