Navigation on mobile slideshow

Hi

I can't get the navigation arrows to appear on the slideshow. If I touch a photo the arrows come on but then they disappear again.
How do I get the navigation arrows to stay on permanantly on the mobile device (i.e. iphone)

in the module options you can set the navigation to be : none, on hover, always
set it on "always"
