The site will not be updated to the new version.
Is it possible to manually hide this video download option once, remove it in the code: plugin : Page Builder CK - Video player  ?

then you can go in
\plugins\pagebuilderck\video\video.php

edit the function "onPagebuilderckRenderItemVideo" to change the output

you can have a look at the last Audio plugin, where you can see how to create a custom html code for the player
