Help - undefined constant Pagebuilderck\PAGEBUILDERCK_MEDIA_URL

Dear all,

We have installed the pagebuilderck extension on our Joomla installation, but we are not using it (anymore).
However, all of a sudden we have issues with pages that do not load, and give messages like:

0 - Undefined constant "Pagebuilderck\PAGEBUILDERCK_MEDIA_URI"

I can reset, by removing the cookies and a complete refresh (ctrl-shft-r).
Still, this makes the site unusable, as people should do this, and cookies are needed when logging in.
Any clue what to do? Would a removal of the extension help? Can I do that without any repercussions? Of should I check whether it is perhaps somewhere used? How do I check that?

if I understand you don't want to keep the page builder on your website ?
if this is the case, the best would be to disable it

for the error, please go in your website configuration >> system >> debug >> YES
then give me the complete message that appears

first we will see why you got this error and then we will see how to disable the page builder

Thanks for trying to help. Much appreciated.
In the meanwhile I looked at all extension for Page Builder, and I noticed some were enabled and were some not. When I disabled all of them, I still received the error, but when I enabled all of them, the message was gone.
So the immediate issue is gone now, but I will try what you said: what error is there.
I'll be back later with that message, hoping (fingers crossed) that disabling and enabling doesn't break what now is working ...

ok, first I think that you have an old version of Page Builder CK, right ?
if you don't want to use it anymore, you shall disable it and then remove it (later when you are sure that everything is ok)
for that, go in the extensions >> manager >> search for "builder ck" >> you shall have everything listed. You must disable the system plugins + editor plugins, then disable the components and other plugins
now check if you still have the error, then you shall go in your files using FTP and rename the file
administrator/components/com_pagebuilderck/helpers/frontedition.php
to
administrator/components/com_pagebuilderck/helpers/_frontedition.php

just to disable this file
