Editing on mobile devices

I don’t do this a lot, and I disagree that the Joomla 5 backend was improved to do this. It was working OK then they broke it….. my opinion.

Anyway, I was on a flight commuting to work today and had a couple of basic edits to do. I discovered that, on a phone (which is really hard to edit on at the most optimal times) nor on my iPad, was I able to make any drag n drop edits. I tried two edits without this working. First, I tried to add a new text block from the left side menu. Second I tried to move an existing block. Both times this wouldn’t work, but I got some other command like highlighting text.

as I don’t do much mobile device editing I’ve not seen this before. Is this expected behavior?

the edition interface from Page Builder CK is not made for touch devices. It will not for now because this is a non sense for me and it would be very difficult

Thanks Ced. I figured that was something like what was happening. I don't want it as i almost never use mobile for that sort of thing.  Just wondered.  Cheers
