I need to override CSS, so inserted overrides in user.css, but it does not work.
Is there another way to override CSS in PageBuilder? If possible, please advise.

you can override any css from any extension
you can add your own css in a custom css file in your template
or
if it's only for 1 article/page, you can use the Custom CSS button in the left panel from the page builder edition
