Page Builder Responsive Settings

First off, your page builder is amazing!

I'm confused on how to change the responsive breakpoints. The tooltip says to change the settings in the component options. I don't see that in the component setting.

for the option, go in your admin >> components >> Page Builder CK >> Pages, click on the button in the top right corner "options". Then you will get the responsive tab where you can customize the values

I'm trying to duplicate what is on the bottom two rows of this page (but with text in a gray box added) neilrisko.com/DELETE/products.html

I'm having trouble figuring out how to control the responsiveness of the row made with page builder. Is there a different element that might work better?

for every resolution you can setup your columns width as you want
go in mobile mode >> choose your resolution >> set your columns horizontally aligned >> clic on the "responsive width edition" button and give your values
if you want to have 2 columns in the tablet resolution, give them 50%. The 3rd column will go on a second line ... etc
