Block tool bar cannot be accessed in PB 302

Hello CED,
I upgraded my site to Joomla 4.4 and PB 3.0.2.
At first I ran into the issue, that existing content couldn't be edited. I could fix this by clearing server and browser cache as described in another topic in this forum.
But I'm still facing an issue with a block which contains 5 other blocks. If I now would like to edit one of these blocks, the tool bar is displayed with some offset to this block (see screenshot), so that it cannot be accessed; as soon, as the mouse leaves the border of the block in order to select an icon in the toolbar, the toolbar disappears.

Please use the context menu with the right click to use the actions for your block/column/row
this is the method implemented to help when you got such problems

I'd like to vertically center the content in this block. I don't find this possibility in the contextual menu.
In addition, when I was trying to edit the content details in the side pane - again all content details are no longer displayed. Even if I had cleaned browser and server cache yesterday; strange ....

yes that's strange that you got the editing problem again. Do you have it also with another browser ?

I note the request to use the vertical align in the context menu

for info I have added the vertical align options in the context menu in the 3.1.0 version
