PBCK Blacklist was created by Kleszewski

PAGE BUILDER CK : Your usergroup has a text filtering set on the Default Blacklist. This will cause your article to be totally broken after save. Please contact your administrator to fix this.

I know this topic has been discussed before, but I don't remember how to fix it
