JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Duplicate column name 'modified'

I am super excited about PBCK and really like the new, cleaner look.

Currently, on 1 in 5 of the sites I am trying to install 3.0.0 on the installation is failing with the message "JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Duplicate column name 'modified'"

for your issue, you already have posted about that 11 months ago but I have never got some news from you :

For the problem, this is something that occurred in Joomla. You will need to go in your database and update the schema number

1/ search for the page builder ck extension number make a search to find it in the table "extensions"
 
then note the "extension_id" (example 233)
   

2/ go in the table "schemas" and look for the ID (233 in my case)

 you will need to update the version_id to match your version. If you don't know, you can use 2.16.0 like me
once you have updated this value, you can try to install again let me know

First, let me apologize for not following up on that previous ticket. Your time is valuable to me, and as someone who does a lot of support work it bothers me when I waste others' times.

Thanks for the detailed instructions on getting past that error. PBCK has been updating so well on all sites, so I don't know why this became an issue on the bunch that it did, but at least I can fix it now.

BTW, I have made a video on my channel showing your solution. Please feel free to share it with anyone experiencing the same thing.
