YouTube videos and PageSpeed

Yes! I know this isn't a PB issue, but YT's bloatware way of serving videos. I've struggled getting Google PageSpeed scores up when there are YT videos embedded on the page. Ironic seeing as Google owns YT....

I've seen several ways of speeding things up using JS and deferring loading. Is there an easy way to build in this into the PB video block? Here's one piece of code I tried but could not make it display the video at all.

there is already a feature to optimize your Youtube video loading n Page Builder CK
put your Youtube video url, then enable the option "Youtube thumbnail" and it will automatically create the thumb for you. Using this, it will NOT load the video in the page, but it will load the image
once the user clicks on the image, it loads the video
