How to create a link from a picture or text?

Just a sImple question from a new user of Page Builder CK. How can I create a link from a picture or text to another page?

if you use the text addon, you can edit it and use the standard editor (tinymce) to add your link
if you use an image addon, you can edit it and use the options in the "link" tab to add your link

Thank you. I found the link option for the text. But I can't find the "link" tab for the image. Can you please explain where I find it.
