Creating modules with Page Builder CK

Where can I find a full overview of the differences between Page Builder CK Free and Pro (Joomla 3)?
I am specifically looking for the (basic) possibilities to:
* Add buttons, preferably with colour adjustment at hoover.
* Modules that can be placed within a Page Builder page or independently within an article category.

At a later date, I need to be able to apply all pages and modules in Joomla 4. This is not possible now because too many pages need to be rebuilt first.

Are these options within the Page Builder CK Pro package or does one of the additional 'module plug-ins' need to be purchased
The website has no webshop.

Additional information:
When I now want to create a new module in Joomla 3 from the Page Builder CK option, a new window opens in the Page Builder layout, which is not editable, however. A text says: "Use the interface of Page Builder CK into a module that you can use anywhere in your website.". Then the editor is locked.
