Accidentally trashed a template

I've been a numpty and accidentally trashed a template - I'm hopeful it isn't lost forever but I cannot see how to get it back. Can anyone help, please?

did you trashed in the templates list from Template Creator CK ?
if you have a backup, or if the template folder still exists in
templates/your_template
then you can get the .tck3z file or .tck3 file and import it in Template Creator CK
