I agree with Brendan
you can have a text addon to put over and under the text effect. In most cases the effect is put on a title, in a specific area/line
in the column you can put the text you want, and then add the text effect block too

Yes, it might be nice to be able to assign it as H1 or H2, as well as just an ordinary block of text in it's own right.

1 preview effect doesn't works on contenu (but nomal i think)
2 i add background and padding => not realy good ...
i realy think that a prefix and suffix is important ...
for exemple tyring to create a design like this
"stable text" "animate text" "stable text" like an unique line ... you need to add imbricade row (i known how to do it but for all user)
