I was just wondering why strange things happen on my side. I noticed that some IDs exist several times.
The ID 1597670617424 is available e.g. 14 times on the page westiform.online/news
We had the problem some times ago ...

you should not have the same ID, but there is may be a problem in the method that you used

I´ve done all related articles new. At the moment it seems all right.
Before I saved some articles as copy (Joomla: Save as copy) and worked on with the copy.

but if you are copying an article, then the html code will be the same as the article source, and then the same IDs
