Buttons stopping full width editor was created by trogladyte

Since either the last or previous PB update, some of the blocks - such as Accordion - have Delete/Set as default buttons which are now displaying to the right rather than underneath, making it impossible to stretch the editor or code windows to full width.

A good landing is one you can walk away from.
A great landing is one where you can reuse the aircraft!

Cleared but it persists.

Noticed it in Chrome Version 89.0.4389.82, but also checked in MS Edge Version 89.0.774.54 and FF 84.0.2, and they both do the same.

tested on another computer, I have still not the problem
please send me an admin access to check and tell me which page/article to edit
