Turn video sound off or on - frontend

I've seen some sites that use video which allow users to turn sound on (usually it's set to off by default) and off using a button floating over the video. I'm dead against videos with sound normally, but allowing a user to do this knowingly would suit a current project I have. I'm doing a site for my flight instruction business and I'd like to have a video on the home page as the "hero image" which allows for users to hear the sound of the aircraft if they want.

Is this something which is an easy addition to PB if the video is working as a "background image"?

there is a misunderstanding between what shall be a video, and what shall be a background video
in the background, this is only to be used like an animation without control from the user
you must use a video addon or your own video code or an iframe, if you want to use some specific features for your video and allow the user to have contol on it
