Scrolling not possible after changing pages [SOLVED]

for the hashtag, when clicking the top menu links, there is no hashtag added in the url, so that is correct

I emptied the browser cache and the Joomla cache. The hashtag is still visible after switching to "Imprint" and back to the main page.
The scrolling behavior too.

I go in the homepage, click on the top menu link "uber uns", it scrolls and there is no hashtag added

Please change to "impressum" (in the footer) and than back to e.g. "Über uns" ...

Tested it on the laptop in the meanwhile - same behavior.
