"Show title in the effect"
This button shows everything at once
"Caption attached to the image" if there is something entered, and if the field is empty, it shows the title of the article .

ok I see, thank you for the video
the text depends on the title, because you can write the caption like this

title::text

they are separated by "::". If you omit it, then you have only a title. That is why if you switch the text option ON, it will not show anything
I have tested with a caption like the one above, if I enable the text option and not the title, it works

But I would love to see it work
Show "print Screen" where in the photo in the effect area . I will be able to see the operation of two buttons simultaneously Title blog and caption attached to the image

I have tried on another website, installed PBCK 2.9, Image Effect CK Pro
tried a blog with a caption in the article field, setup the option to show title/text in the blog >> image options, it works correctly

I never get the double texte like you. Can you please give me the url of the page where you have this problem
