Responsive design

I'm having issues with the responsive settings with the latest Pagebuilder. When I have a module that needs different formatting or needs a link for mobile but not desktop (like a phone number) I make a copy of the row (or rows) that are for the desktop, then reformat the ones which will display in mobile. Then I use the responsive settings buttons to turn off the various rows in the various screen sizes.

I noticed this a version or 2 ago where this does not work correctly. This one I'm on now I can turn off the mobile row in Tablet?Landscape and Portrait, but not Desktop. In Phone, the mobile and desktop is turned off and I can't turn on the mobile on.

EDIT: Checked on Edge. Same issue. Can't set responsive at all.

I see
the problem is that you are using the "reducing" mode, this means that when hiding an item it will be hidden for all resolutions under it
you must use the "between" mode in the Page Builder CK options
