Some blocks have the same ID

For my customer I´ve created some "Templates" with Page Builder CK (Pages) so the customer can load that templates in his article.
The problem is now when the user load the same template-page multiple, the ID exist more than once. Is there a solution to this?

if you load the page multiple times in the same article, it shall have different IDs
each time you are loading a page or addon or element in your layout, it shall receive a new ID

but, if you duplicate your article, it will have the same ID
please confirm how you are working with that
