Modules will not lign up (modules non alignes)

My modules will not lign up in responsive mode even though I have set "align" in the row settings.

by my side in the code I can tell you that under 640px the modules "about/legal/flow" are vertically stacked

I was talking about the header (wrapper: header; module: header).

Thanks for the footer about/legal/flow. I have just fixed it. Still won't display as horizontal though. Please find the images below.

Thanks for your answer!
I do not really understand what having a cache "enabled" means, so I have cleared the cache in the Joomla! administration.

I have navigated to the component's "compile css" option and it was already checked "NO". See screenshot through the link below:
