Not sure if this is a false positive or something that needs attention. I've seen this on every site I've used the Font Awesome icons (like
www.tucsoncontractingaz.com/
- the top black bar with opening hours). Doing an accessibility scan gives this error:
1.4 Distinguishable: Make it easier for users to see and hear content including separating foreground from background.
Success Criteria 1.4.4 Resize text (AA)
Check 117: i (italic) element used.
Repair: Replace your i elements with em or strong.
Error Line 87, Column 739:
<i class="fa fa-clock-o default" data-iconclass="fa fa-clock-o"></i>
Error Line 87, Column 1443:
<i class="fa fa-envelope-o default" data-iconclass="fa fa-envelope-o"></i>
Error Line 87, Column 2178:
<i class="fa fa-file-text-o default" data-iconclass="fa fa-file-text-o"></i>

A good landing is one you can walk away from.
A great landing is one where you can reuse the aircraft!

Hi
this is something that could be investigated
according to the FA doc, it uses the <i> tag
fontawesome.com/how-to-use/on-the-web/re...cing-icons/basic-use
of course you could use a <span>, but 90% of the icons are loaded with the <i>
