Recurring Error When Editing an Article: Function ckLoadEditonPopup is missing

This error occurs frequently when trying to edit an article in JOOMLA. It will log me very ungracefully and leave the article locked. This happens regularly with CHROME, FIREFOX, and BRAVE. It occasionally happens in MS edge, but very infrequently. I have browser extensions install or unusual applications. I'm only running MS DEFENDER and MalwareBytes. Any ideas?

please tell me if you are using one of the extensions:
- sh404
- litespeed

or do you have a cache system enabled ?

I've disabled litespeed entirely and I am not using sh404.

Still, this happens in various combinations in any browser now.
* Will crash when implementing the editor (logs you out with a messed up screen). The document will be locked.
* Or, as soon as I save a content edit it logs you out.

And, as you can see in the video, other problems. In EDGE it will not let me access various settings.

I have no browser extensions in any browser except the default installs. I am only running Windows Defender and Malwarebytes.

This is quite a problem, esp when training clients.
