if you are talking about the image in the header, this is not a bg image, you can not make it parallax
you have used the image addon

the problem is that you must totally update the way to do it
I have written a tutorial in french yesterday, you can have a look

but so much work, just to make this image parallax, I would not do it. in my opinion, the image is great as it is now

anyway, in the tutorial, point 3.
- set your image as background of the column / block
- give the column / block the height e.g. 67vw
- set the background image to be "fixed", this will give a parallax effect
