Vertical Text Alignment

Is it possible to give the yellow block the same height as the blue one - and have nevertheless the smaller text centered vertically?
(In the example above the text have a margin of 15% on all sides.)
When I´m using "default vertical alignment" the yellow block has the desired height, but the text is no more centered vertical.

by default the columns have the same height. You have used the vertical alignment, which makes it at the center
remove the center alignment of the column and edit the text block >> styles >> custom css, add this code this will center the text vertically in the yellow area

I don't think that's the solution. First image are my settings - aren´t this right? And on the site text is still not centered, even worse when blocks breaking at lower than 640 px (Tablet/Portrait) - second image. You can visit page: www.widmann-haustechnik.de/2020/index.php/test
