Update Page Builder CK Pro 2.5.9 to 2510

Hello,
I use Page Builder CK pro 2.5.9 with joomla 3.9.16, PHP 7.2.28, JCE 2.8.9 (free version) and helix ultimate 1.1.2.
When updating from Page Builder CK pro 2.5.9 to 2.5.10 there is an error "Error when updating COM_INSTALLER_TYPE_TYPE_".
Plugin ...PARAMS is not installed. Can you help me?
