Video display on mobile

I am using Pagebuilder CK and I have all 3 video types entered in the video background image for this row.. The video doesn't display on iphone, so I am asking for ideas on what to do.

are you able to watch the MP4 video file directly using its url on your iphone ?
if yes, then try to only set the MP4 format and remove the 2 others
if no, then the problem is not related to Page Builder CK ...

It does play on phone with the direct url, but now it doesn't play on the desktop either and I get "ERROR : If you see this message then the function "ckLoadEditionPopup" is missing from the element edition. Please contact the developer"

I think that the problem is the autoplay on mobile that does not launch automatically and as you have disabled the controls, the video can not start ...

I have made progress in loading the video on iphone by adding playsinline="playsinline" to my code

can you please send me an admin access and tell me which article to edit, so that I can check the issue
